TYMBARC, Tym. (Versmark National) – On Wednesday, Connor Hetner, until now the Secretary of Parliament, assumed the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs, after Sir Josh Ford’s resignation last week. In a statement issued to the Chief Minister, Rene Wynfeld, on the same day, MoFA Hetner pledged to continue Sir Ford’s work in the Foreign Ministry, and to ensure Versmark’s representation at the international stage (including the upcoming MicroCon 2027).
Hetner serves as the second Minister of Foreign Affairs since the formation of the role in 2023. His appointment comes amidst Versmark’s increased influence in the micronational world, including its participation (and hosting of) various MOF Games, as well as other Versmarkian ventures such as the National University, which recently published a lecture series on micropatriology.
